Booking multiple rooms for a group can easily and quickly become a nightmare. Depending on the size and requirements of the group, or hotel rules or even the language the hotel is trading in, the organizational tasks can become enormous. We take all that burden of your shoulders and deal with those on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can your service be free?
In most cases hotels work with what is called commissionable prices. The are no additional costs to you for our services. We negotiate the best prices for you and your group, which you are not able do online.
I noticed that the rate per bedroom can differ from one website to another, how can I be sure that you will find the best price?
Most hotels will give different rates to different distribution partners. Hotels would sell a certain number of rooms at a specific rate, but may not be able to offer that same lower rate for a larger group.
How do I cancel my reservation? Do I contact you or the hotel directly?
Typically, you will contact the hotel according to the booking agreement you signed, however we will always be there to help you at any stage. How job does not stop when the agreement is signed, we will support you all the way. We act as a facilitator.
If I need to cancel by booking, do I get a full refund of my deposit from the hotel?
Not all hotels ask for a deposit. You will know from the very beginning whether the hotel is requesting a deposit and whether it is refundable or not. We will provide you with the information but will have to abide by the hotel's terms.
When and who do I pay?
You would normally pay the hotel at the check-out. However, some hotels, according to their policies or the group size, might require a deposit (refundable or not) in order to secure the booking.
Any money transactions will happen directly with the hotel. We do not act as a typical travel agency. We will work with the hotel to get a booking agreement that meets your expectations and then will set you up for the direct contact with the hotel. Depending on the hotel or the size of the group, some hotels will ask for a deposit (refundable or not) in order to secure the reservation. The remaining amount typically due one the check-out date.
When will I be put in touch directly with the hotel?
After we receive all the quotes from the hotels that we approach and you choose the right one for you, we proceed with the contract. After all is signed and confirmed, you will receive all the direct contact information of the person responsible for your booking at the hotel.
When do your services start and finish?
We start working for you as soon as we were able to gather more information on your request. Address and precise all your questions and requirements for the group such as: breakfast options, location of the rooms in the hotel, number of beds per room, a minor/adults mix, family or friends, whether the floor you are on is important, any special needs, etc.
Will I get a bill from you if I don't proceed to book the hotel you are proposing?
No. You will never receive a bill from us, either you chose our option or not.
Will my room be more expensive if I decide not to use your services and book directly?
Yes, there is a strong possibility that you get a higher rate than through us, however we do understand the financial limitations or the exitance of a certain budget and our expertise goes beyond the price. We are dealing with multiple hotels at the same time bringing our 20 years of experience into the equation.
